We deliver across the United Kingdom.

Costs
Free delivery on all orders over £30
£3.99 on orders under £30

How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes
5–10 working days, as our items are sent directly from our supplier's
warehouse. Every order is sent with tracking, and you'll get the
tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

During busy periods (Black Friday and the run-up to Christmas), delivery can take a few days longer.

All duties and taxes included
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Something gone wrong?
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 21 working days, email us at hello@puddleford.co.uk and we'll either resend the order or refund you in full.
